Therapy for people who are ready for things to be different
Many people come to me because they have tried other approaches and still feel stuck. Some have done talk therapy before and did not experience the kind of change they were hoping for. Others are exploring therapy for the first time but have heard that what I do is different.
Whether you are carrying trauma, emotional pain, anxiety, or patterns that keep interfering with your life, my goal is to help you find real healing so you can move forward in clarity and freedom.
I’m focused on helping people reach full healing as quickly as possibly so they can meet their goals, live free, and complete treatment.
I do not prolong therapy longer than necessary. Treatment is not indefinite. Many of my clients appreciate knowing the number of sessions they may need so they can understand both the time and financial investment up front.
Things do not “get worse before they get better” in the way I treat. Most clients begin to experience relief within the first few sessions.
I also structure sessions differently than many practices. My first session is typically 90 minutes, and I do not charge an increased rate. I begin therapy during the intake process so clients can start feeling better right away, rather than using the first session only for paperwork.
When I provide Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I allow the process to fully complete, even if that means going beyond 60 minutes. I do not cut the process short simply to fit into a standard session time.
I intentionally keep my rates below market value because I am passionate about making quality care accessible. I also offer a needs-based sliding scale and encourage open conversation about finances if that is a concern.
I offer two primary types of therapy:
-
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Accelerated Resolution Therapy is an evidenced-based therapy that uses eye-movements to help people fully heal from past trauma, hurts, triggers, distressing emotions, and ingrained negative behavior patterns faster than traditional talk therapies.
-
Talk Therapy
Traditional talk therapy offers a space to slow down, gain understanding, and build practical tools for navigating life more effectively.
I integrate evidence-based approaches like CBT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based care to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and move forward with clarity.
For many clients, combining talk therapy with ART provides the best overall outcome.
Traditional Talk Therapy
In addition to ART, I offer traditional talk therapy using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, narrative therapy, strengths-based care, and trauma-informed treatment.
Talk therapy can help you:
-
gain clarity and understanding
-
process current life situations
-
develop practical tools
-
navigate relationships and stress
Many clients choose to combine talk therapy with ART for the best overall outcome.
I often recommend starting with one or two ART sessions to address the most impactful issues, then deciding whether to continue with ART, talk therapy, or a combination of both.
From my clients:
“Brittany leads well and explains things in a way that makes sense. She takes situations that are difficult and makes it feel like something I can overcome.”
“Words that describe Brittany: gentle, kind, professional, confident, knowledgeable, and patient.
“Having you as a guide makes it feel like a safe journey. Nothing that I shared seemed to be surprising or abnormal when we talked. You always approach whatever I was facing in a way that made me feel accepted and cared for.”
I believe healing should be accessible and clear from the beginning.
Individual sessions are $110.
I offer a six-session package for $600.
Parenting sessions are $110 individual/$150 couples.
Couples counseling sesssions are $150.
Speaking engagements and workshops start at $900.
I do not take insurance because my priority is providing the best quality of care.
Insurance companies often require a mental health diagnosis, may limit the number of sessions, dictate the length of sessions, and require detailed access to your private mental health records. I do not believe that is always beneficial for clients.
If finances are a concern, I offer a needs-based sliding discount. I never want finances to be a barrier that prevents someone from healing.
